Summary
We unified CJ Socket’s value proposition—adjustable, comfortable, everyday wearability—into a concise narrative and visual system, then rolled it out via a refreshed site architecture for Patients and Professionals (training, ordering, and certification), a short brand film anchored in patient stories, and on-brand social + sales materials.
The result is a cohesive platform that highlights ActivFIT’s key mechanics (J-shaped rigid support, flexible “sail,” and user-adjustable closure) while streamlining clinician adoption and certification sign-ups.
Challenge
Explain a technical differentiation in plain language. Most buyers only know rigid sockets; we needed to show why an adjustable system improves all-day comfort and mobility.
Serve two audiences without diluting the message. Patients want comfort and confidence; prosthetists need process, training, and predictable fabrication/ordering.
Reduce friction to adoption. Certification and ordering steps are essential but can slow uptake if not presented in an easy format.
Solution
Narrative & Messaging. Framed the promise as “next-generation comfort you can adjust,” tying benefits to real daily scenarios (sitting, standing, heat, wear time) and the specific causes—residual limb volume change.
Brand Film & Story. Produced a short, human-centered piece using patient success (e.g., “Joey’s story”) to demonstrate outcomes, not just features.
Product Education. Illustrated how the J-shaped support, ActivFIT sail, and user-adjustable closure work together, with simple diagrams and motion snippets for site and social.

Web Experience (Patients / Professionals). Rebuilt IA to split pathways: symptom-led guidance and FAQs for patients; for clinicians, a clear flow for training, ordering the ActivFIT Sail, turnaround expectations, and C-Fab options.
Clinician Enablement. Delivered modular sales decks, one-pagers, and setup checklists aligned to the professional workflow (casting, ordering, fabrication, delivery).
