Summary
We distilled SDG Impact Japan’s story into the tagline “To create, invest in, and achieve radical change” then translated it into a bold visual identity, a two-minute brand film shot using AI and stock imagery and videos, and a 10-page+ bilingual (JP/EN) website built for SEO and WCAG-AA compliance.
To keep the conversation going, we produced a 3-month social playbook with 10 ready-to-use social posts and delivered a modular investor-deck suite ranging from 10 to 20 slides to help with raising capital for their fund. Together, these assets gave the firm a single, resonant voice that allows it to create, invest in, and achieve radical change.
Challenge
Fragmented Storytelling
Various audiences heard and perceived different versions of the mission, eroding trust.
Outdated Visuals
A 2017 logo and corporate navy palette felt outdated in a market now teeming with innovation and sleek green-finance players.
Multilingual Nuance
Complex impact terminology had to land with equal emotional weight in Japanese and English, without sounding like two different brands.
Approach
We ran a six-week sprint:
Week 1–2 | Strategy – Brand-DNA workshops unearthed a unifying idea: “Create, Invest in, and Achieve Radical Change”
Week 3–4 | Creative Execution – Parallel teams produced identity, design storyboard, and web UX. A linear approval funnel kept decision-makers to three checkpoints.
Week 5 | Production – Produced film using Adobe suite tools, secured voice-over artist through Fiverr, interviewed portfolio CEOs and company partners.
Week 6 | Launch & Amplify – Rolled out site, film, and social teaser set; used a timed email blast to their CRM database.
Solution & Outcome
The new assets gave SDG Impact Japan a single, compelling voice across every touch-point—streamlining investor conversations, elevating media interest, and supplying the internal team with ready-made content that continues to drive qualified inquiries and deal-flow.
