Now entering an exciting new chapter under fresh leadership, the brand is expanding its mission beyond apparel, aligning closely with Laird Superfood to champion a holistic approach to wellness.
This project aimed to create immersive, high-impact content that brings Laird Apparel’s renewed vision to life—highlighting its fusion of function and wellness, and capturing the gear in raw, real-world outdoor environments where it’s meant to perform.

Repositioning with Purpose
Under new leadership, Laird Apparel set out to refresh its identity—aligning with Laird Superfood to form a unified wellness and performance brand.

The goal was to create content that seamlessly connected the two worlds—apparel and nutrition—through shared values of sustainability, movement, and health.

We focused on authentic storytelling, capturing the gear in action and environments that reflect the brand’s adventurous spirit and commitment to a healthy, active lifestyle.
Solution: Creative & Production
We crafted a content strategy that captured Laird Apparel’s renewed identity—blending performance, wellness, and adventure. Real-world shoots in surf, trail, and coastal settings showcased the gear’s durability and tied naturally to Laird Superfood’s active lifestyle ethos.
Using RED Komodo and Sony FX3 cameras, we filmed high-energy scenes with athletes in motion, highlighting both function and feeling. Subtle product moments—like post-surf smoothies—helped integrate the Superfood brand without disrupting the story.
In post-production, we used cinematic color grading and editing to elevate natural backdrops while keeping the focus on authentic usage of the apparel and products across all visual assets.
